The Ellington Collection

The Ellington Collection is a beachfront luxury development situated on one of Dubai’s most prestigious artificial islands, Palm Jumeirah. The complex is a unique project featuring a set of 4 limited villas. The villas were launched by a prominent design-oriented developer in Dubai, Ellington Properties, that boasts projects such as DT1 Residences and Wilton Park Residences.

Each villa comprises 7 bedrooms, a maid's room and a driver's room, a spacious lounge area, a cozy balcony, and a 436 sqft garage area of 2 parking bays. A thoughtfully chosen palette of natural brown and beige shades of wood, sand and stone was used to combine elegance and convenience throughout the properties.

The project features luxury designer faucets, sinks and accessories and the master bedroom has a deep soaking bath, with floor finishes in high-quality stone tiles. Residents will also enjoy a wealth of modern amenities, including a private swimming pool overlooking the beach, a garden, as well as a peaceful covered outdoor seating area.

All Ellington Collection villas are located on one branch of the famous man-made Palm Jumeirah island - Frond N. This area is one of the best places to invest in luxury real estate, on a freehold basis as it has a well-developed transportation system that provides easy access to all hotels, restaurants and entertaЫnment venues such as AURA SKYPOOL Dubai, La Coco, Andaz Dubai The Palm Hyatt concept and many more.
